Scott has 17 years of experience here in Costa Rica, and is the managing broker in the Manuel Antonio offices of 2 Costa Rica Real Estate.  Also from Birmingham, Alabama originally, Scott came to Costa Rica after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in Sociology.  Scott specializes in vacation homes, luxury estates, investment properties and development consulting for coastal projects. 

Scott also works in conjunction with Todd as one of the emerging leaders in project consulting, marketing and branding services in Costa Rica.  He is a member of the CCCBR, NAR, CIPS, LuxuryRealEstate.com and REGENTS.
